Thank you to everyone for "Going the Distance" in the
Bud Fifield Family's October 2, 2010 Domestic Violence Awareness Run
3rd Annual Bud E. Fifield Memorial Run On
Saturday, October 2, 2010, the 3rd Annual Bud Fifield Memorial Run 4-miler and 1-mile fun run/walk took place
in Mt Holly, NJ. Bud Fifield was a 26-year veteran of the Pemberton Township Police Department and a resident of Mt. Holly
Township who worked throughout his career and during his retirement to advocate for the men and women victims of domestic
violence. Bud was also an avid runner. So in honor of Bud, his family began this road race and fun run to pay tribute to a
dedicated civil servant, with the proceeds of the event being donated to the Domestic Violence Advocacy Center,
an organization that provides support for people who are victims of domestic violence. Thank
you to everyone and for the support of local businesses to help make this race a success for all who came out for
this special day.
